What are profiles for?

Profiles let you manage several separate budgets in the same app, for example Personal, Family, Children, Work or other projects. Each profile keeps accounts, categories, transactions, budgets and notes separate.

How many profiles can I create?

You have the main profile and can create up to 4 additional profiles.

Can I share a budget with another person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Additional profiles can be synchronized and shared through the cloud. Open the profile you want to share, enable synchronization if needed, generate a sharing code, and send it to the other person through WhatsApp, Gmail, Telegram or any other app.

What can people do in a shared profile?

Shared access is read and write. Members can view, add, edit and delete the profile data.

How do I join a shared profile?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to the app and enable synchronization, then open profile management, choose the option to use a code and enter the 10-character sharing code you received. A code can be used only once.

Can the main profile be shared?

No. The main profile currently remains personal; sharing is available for additional profiles.

Are transaction images shared too?

Accepted Answer

To synchronize transaction images in a shared profile, all members must connect the same Dropbox account. If different Dropbox accounts are used, profile data will still synchronize, but images will not be shared between members.
